Lucy started preschool back in August. She was SO excited and more than ready. Taking these pictures helped me realize how much Lucy love's her aunt Rebecca and her fashion blog. I pulled out the camera and these were the poses that she whipped out for me. I don't know if I should be worried, or just go with it...
We were both a little frustrated the first day of school because my big order of Lucy's school clothes hadn't come yet. While this outfit was fine, it wasn't the adorable dress that Lucy had her heart set on for weeks. But the hair bows smoothed over any hurt feelings and she had a great day at school!
One thing I love about Colorado Springs is our school districts free preschool program. Lucy goes to preschool Monday-Thursday from 11:30-2:30. She is learning so much and is now reading! Jack misses her while she is gone, but I'm loving those special days when I can get both Jack and Alivia to nap while Lucy is at school and I get a break. I'm hoping Jack will be accepted into the preschool next year, because he can't wait! I told him if he'd start using the potty he could go next year. Well, he listened and is now patiently waiting for his turn.
