So in anticipation on Jason and Katie's wedding in May, I thought I'd experiment with some spounge curlers in Lucy's hair to see if that might be something I wanted to do for the wedding. She was pretty excited about them, but when we took them out the next morning, her hair was a total affro!! I mean full out 80's black man affro! This picture totally doesn't do it justice since we waited until later that night to take pictures and it had totally calmed down. Unfortunately we did this on a Saturday night, and with 8:30 church the next morning, Lucy had to go with her affro, there was no time to try and fix it. But it was pretty funny, and kinda cute. Poor girl is going to hate me when she looks back at this.
So I was looking through my pictures of Lucy, and I found this stinking cute video of her in her ballerina tutu that Steff made her. The funny thing about this video is that this is the night that Lucy learned if she puts on her tutu and runs around as cute as she can possibly be, she doesn't have to go to bed. Yet another strategy in her stalling talent.

Just a little hint: My mom used to put curlers in my hair all the time when I was little and my hair would come out way huge too. She used to blow the curls with the blow drier a little and they would calm right down. I think Lucy's curls are adorable!
