Lucy was so excited for the hunt to start, no matter how cold. I think that my brain fell out of my head a while ago because I honestly forgot everything for this Easter weekend up at Shawn's parents, including Lucy's coat. So thanks Adriana for saving me and letting Lucy use Matthew's coat, she would have froze!
Finally finding the eggs. Lucy did really good. So did Matthew, he is the little guy behind Lucy in the picture above.
On Easter Morning, Lucy wasn't able to get her basket or do the egg hunt until after church. Gotta love 9:00 church. But she never knew the difference. She was one happy girl. Is it silly that I felt guilty for not getting Jack anything? I mean honestly, he wasn't even two months old! Luckily the Easter Bunny thought of him and slipped some small soft sports balls into Lucy's basket for him. That way he can say he was never forgotten.
